How do I view your resources?
What do I do if I have forgotten my username and password?
When you have forgotton your username or password you can use our password retrieval tool, which can be found here: Click here
Enter your email address and an email will be sent to you allowing you to reset your password.
If you do not receive your Username/Email address and password within 10 minutes, it is very likely that our Auto-reply emails are being blocked by your Email provider.
Please check your Junk mail folder and Spam folder.
Do you have homework sheets?
Yes our Homework Sheets are available at: Homework sheets
We continually update and replace our homework sheets on a weekly basis during school terms.
How do I get a receipt to claim the cost of membership for taxation purposes?
In order to get your receipt you need to log in and click on the ‘My Account‘ link in the top right hand corner.
On the left hand side you will see a link called ‘View your account history‘, click on that link and a page with your receipts will load. From there you can click on a receipt and then print it out.
How often do you add new material to the website?
During school terms new material is added weekly.
How do I change my email address?
Simply Sign In to your account and, go to your account home using the ‘My Account‘ link, you will see an option titled “Update your account details“.
Through this you can change your email address and many other personal details.
Do I have to use Adobe Reader to download resources?
All resources on the Dynamic Teaching Tools website are created using Adobe Professional with a security certificate embedded into it to prevent the possibility of downloading corrupted or virus infected files from this website.
Can I sign up if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes we also offer sign up options using PayPal, Direct Debit or Cheque.
How do I check my version of Adobe Reader?
All new files will only be opened with Adobe Reader version XI (11) How to check that you have the right/compatible version of Adobe Reader:
- Open Adobe Reader.
- On the menu bar, click on ‘Help’
- Scroll down and click on ‘About Adobe Reader …’
- A box will open and you will be able to read the version number.
- This should be ‘Version XI or 11’ Click on the box to close.
The latest viewer – version XI can be downloaded from here: http://get.adobe.com/reader
- Save to desktop
- Close all open programs and web browsers
- Install Adobe Reader (You may need to restart your PC after installing the Adobe Reader program).
Important: Make sure that before you install the reader that you have closed your web browser and all open programs.
How do I subscribe to the Dynamic Teaching Tools website?

My new version of Adobe Reader for Windows leaves a grey screen and says 'Done'
I believe this issue is caused by Your web browser and the new version of Adobe Reader (version XI).
To fix this issue please do the following:
Open Adobe Reader Go to the Edit menu, select Preferences
In the left menu select Internet Then un-tick the box ‘Display PDF in browser’
Then click OK
I am unable to download a number of resources as I receive the error message ||Acrobat cannot decrypt this document.
Download Adobe Reader which can be downloaded from here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
- Save to desktop
- Close all open programs and web browsers
- Install AdobeReader (You may need to restart your PC after installing the Adobe Reader program).

How do I use Apple Safari? I am getting a blank pdf sign
Older versions Safari are not compatible with Adobe Reader

Then look for one named Adobe Reader 11 Then click Enable
Then look for Chrome PDF Viewer Click Disable
